The incumbent is required to provide Corporate Secretarial Services for the operations of the Authority's Board of Directors and designed Sub-Committees and to ensure that the Legal, Statutory and other provisions affecting the Authority are observed

The incumbent develops and implements financial accounting systems and policies, leads the organizational budgeting process, and designs financial structures to ensure compliance and effective resource management.

The General Manager, Quality develops, implements, and evaluates strategic Quality Improvement Programs and Risk Assessments to lead the NWRHA's accreditation process and instill a culture of quality and safety.

The incumbent provides comprehensive legal services, including offering advice, managing litigation, reviewing contracts, and ensuring the Authority's compliance with statutory requirements.

The incumbent plans, implements, and oversees the Authority's health service systems, policies, and operational functions to ensure strategic goals are met and prepares all required reports.

The incumbent directs all financial accounting operations, including developing accounting systems, preparing financial statements, managing personnel, and ensuring regulatory compliance to support the Authority's financial objectives.

The incumbent directs the Project Management Office by providing expert guidance to ensure all projects comply with established guidelines, align with strategic objectives, and are properly reported on.

The incumbent strategically leads the Authority's corporate communications, marketing, and business development. This involves planning and implementing promotions and events and managing content for media relations, social media, and public websites

To manage the development, implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive health and safety management system for the creation and maintenance of safe working conditions and practices as they relate to the operations of the Health Sector.

To establish and maintain Systems, Processes and Procedures for the sustainable reconciliation of Employee, Management and Union interests and to ensure that the Authority provides fair, just, equitable remuneration and related benefits.
