The Photographer is responsible for photographing daily events, including, but not limited to embarkation, gangways, dining rooms, portraits and any other event that may require a photographer to be present to document the event(s).
The Assistant Maître D’ is directly responsible for the operation and supervision of an assigned restaurant on the ship, crew mess or room service, and assisting with operations in the main dining rooms and buffet.
