The Contact Investigator prevents and manages STIs by investigating sources, locating contacts confidentially, counseling clients, educating the community, and assisting with treatment.

Conduct social investigations for PLHIV, consult with health teams, develop support networks, provide counseling, supervise care, manage records, and engage in public education and policy development.

The Storeroom Attendant is responsible for un/packing and organizing supplies received. The officer is also responsible for the removal and packing of items from the storeroom for distribution as directed by the Manager.

The Fixed Asset Officer maintains and updates asset registers, labels assets, manages inventories, monitors asset condition, reports breaches, assists with audits and inspections, and performs data entry and filing tasks.

The Senior Fixed Asset Officer ensures accurate tracking and management of hospital assets, including conducting inspections, updating records, and preparing reports.

The Inventory/Assets Manager oversees the efficient management of inventory and fixed assets, ensuring proper procurement, distribution, record-keeping, and staff supervision while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

The Systems Administrator is responsible for installing, supporting, and maintenance of all systems including PC/Server network. Functions also include planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.

To administer, direct, and coordinate all activities of the hospital in carrying out its mission and objectives in the provision of health care, furtherance of education and research and participation in community health programmes.

The Inventory Officer (Issuing) core responsibility involves the issuing of goods physically and through the computerized inventory system (Great Plain) as per approved requisition requests and or as guided by the Senior Inventory Officer.

The incumbent is responsible for operating RHA fleet vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring vehicle maintenance, reporting defects, and adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
