The Manager, Quality Improvement provides leadership and expertise to implement the Authority's quality and risk management program, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery and institutionalizing quality systems across all departments.

The incumbent manages the facility's budget and financial resources, oversees operations and maintenance, coordinates service delivery, and implements cost-control measures for efficient healthcare provision.

The incumbent is responsible for strategic health planning, policy development, and clinical oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient healthcare services throughout the Region.

The incumbent is accountable to the Board for leading the Authority, setting strategic goals, managing change, ensuring fiscal prudence, and overseeing all operational and clinical systems to deliver quality healthcare.
