The incumbent oversees banquet kitchen operations, manages menu development, food preparation, and plating for catered events, maintains food safety and quality standards, and leads, trains, and schedules culinary team members.

The Supervisor oversees floor operations and team coordination, inspects dining room service and staff grooming, manages inventory and opening or closing duties, and assists management with personnel training and scheduling.
