The incumbent provides secretarial and administrative functions that offer support to the Director of Complaints and Investigators in accordance with established standards and procedures.

To ensure the processing of personal data for the Commission’s data subjects in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2020 (DPA).

The incumbent manages the Witness Management Program, coordinates witness logistics and support, liaises with court personnel and legal teams, tracks court schedules, serves legal documents, and analyzes service delivery data to enhance witness care.

The incumbent conducts investigations into legal and policy breaches, updates case management systems, liaises with judicial authorities during court proceedings, and prepares detailed progress reports with findings and recommendations.
