Under the supervision of the Director, Special Projects, the Project Coordinator, manages the implementation of projects in order to contribute to the improvement, expansion and diversification of the tourism product in the assigned region.

Under the supervision of the Training Manager, the Administrative Officer – Ocho Rios will perform administrative functions and coordinating of training programmes to achieve targets for the Ocho Rios region and the training division as a whole.

The incumbent coordinates departmental administration, manages schedules and data systems, drafts technical correspondence, compiles statistical reports, records meeting minutes, and handles office logistics and event planning.
