The Paralegal Officer provides administrative support to the Legal Services Unit, coordinates meetings, ensures smooth communication with stakeholders, and serves as Recording Secretary for the Board and its Subcommittees.

The incumbent receives, maintains, distributes and reports on the supplies and operations of the Stores; safeguards and effectively manage all incoming and outgoing items from the Stores. The Incumbent also maintains the fixed asset inventory.

The incumbent processes refund, waiver, and extension requests; reviews and supports import and certification applications; maintains transportation data; and prepares reports and documentation for stakeholder distribution.

The incumbent prepares work plans and reports, participates in policy and team development, provides timely customer support, and processes import/export applications in compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards.

Under the general direction of the Director of Finance and Accounts, the incumbent is responsible for the collection of appropriate fees and should maintain proper records of fees collected on a daily basis.

The incumbent audits financial and operational records to ensure compliance with laws and policies, reports on internal controls, and recommends improvements to the Trade Administrator/CEO.

The incumbent supports public relations through media liaison, content creation, event coordination, and internal communication to promote The Trade Board Limited’s image and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
