Serve as a key resource for all recreation activities facilitated on the property.

Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.

Accountable for overall success of the daily pastry operations. Exhibits creative baking and decorating talents by personally performing tasks while leading the staff in preparing quality and consistent pastries for all areas.

The incumbent leads quality assurance initiatives by coaching managers, conducting audits, implementing improvements, analyzing data and guest feedback, and ensuring service excellence aligned with brand standards.
