The Legal Officer advises the BSJ on legal matters, represents the organization in court, drafts and reviews legislation, coordinates with government legal offices, and prepares contracts and cases for prosecution.

The Property Officer manages building and asset maintenance, plans procurements, oversees preventive programs, monitors projects, and prepares related documents and updates.

The Chief Audit Executive leads the Internal Audit Unit, providing independent assurance and consulting to improve operations by evaluating risk management, controls, and governance, and reporting to the Audit Committee and Executive Director.
