The incumbent will direct the department's day-to-day financial operations by ensuring that proper accounting procedures and practices are engaged to facilitate achievement of the operational goals of the Department.

The incumbent manages the procurement process by preparing tender notices, RFQs, and bidding documents, coordinating bid openings, maintaining records and compliance reports, and evaluating vendor performance and invoices.

The incumbent will assist in organizing and administering all secretarial, administrative and clerical activities within the Analytical and Advisory branch in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
