The incumbent oversees repair and maintenance across all locations, conducts inspections, coordinates contractors, ensures regulatory compliance, manages records, and supports renovation and sustainability initiatives.

The Handyman is responsible for performing a wide range of routine maintenance, repair tasks, and general facility support, including basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work.

The incumbent supports patient experience strategies through rounding, complaint resolution, staff training, data monitoring, quality improvement, psychosocial assessments, and discharge planning coordination.

The incumbent provides excellent customer service by assisting patients and visitors, addressing concerns, coordinating support services, conducting rounds, and completing discharge follow-ups.

Responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures for diagnostic interpretations in order to support quality patient care and service. Responsible for patient safety protocols.
