The incumbent manages building maintenance, redevelopment, health and safety, and vendor contracts for healthcare facilities, while supporting leasing, compliance, inspections, and grant funding to ensure efficient, safe operations.

The incumbent manages employee relations by handling grievances, misconduct, terminations, and redundancies; advising on HR policies; resolving conflicts; developing training and policies; ensuring legal compliance; and fostering employee engagement.

The incumbent manages claim filing, posting, and accuracy, follows up on unpaid accounts, ensures timely claim submission, maintains carrier relations, resolves billing inquiries, balances accounts, and supports departmental performance improvement.
