The Customer Service Officer is responsible for providing support and assistance in the collection and analysis of data and the preparation of relevant reports for monitoring and evaluation of the Authority's Customer Service Programme.

Under the direction of Senior Investigator, the incumbent conducts investigation of new applicants to determine their suitability to hold a firearm. Investigating complaints regarding the breach of any term or condition of the firearm authorisation.
