Provides support to the Director Corporate Planning and Client Relations with the strategic management process and assist with the preparation and analysis of strategic and operational plans of the Authority.

To manage the forward planning process of the Authority in the development of its corporate and operational plans consistent with national policies and mandate.

To provide general secretarial support services to the Human Resource Management and Development Unit, to facilitate seamless functioning of the Unit.

To conduct the Authority's programme of Investigative Audits and Complaints Investigation.
