Under the general supervision of the Forester (Client Services), the incumbent is responsible for the implementation of a variety of programs and projects in the management and development of the forest within the forest region.

The incumbent provides comprehensive secretarial support to the HR Director and branch, managing correspondence, minutes, and confidential files, while coordinating office communications, report compilation, and stationery supplies.

The Property & Maintenance Officer is responsible for the maintenance of the property, equipment, and the physical state of the buildings and grounds to ensure the provision of a safe and aesthetically pleasant environment.

The incumbent is responsible for performing infrastructural engineering project planning and coordination duties, which include tendering and specification development of programs for the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of civil works

The incumbent assists with public relations, digital media strategies, and corporate communications, producing content, managing events, monitoring media metrics, and handling graphic design to promote a positive agency image.

The incumbent prepares and manages the agency's budget and cash flows, monitors bank balances, allocates monthly warrants, analyzes expenditure variances, and generates management financial reports in compliance with ministry guidelines.
