The incumbent assists in managing all Front Office operations, supervises and coaches staff, ensures high service standards, resolves guest issues, and supports group and reservation functions.

The incumbent leads the housekeeping team to ensure clean guest areas, manages inventory and linen removal, responds to guest requests, reports defects, and enforces all safety and sanitation policies.

The coordinator provides administrative support, manages room assignments and employee records, handles guest requests and communications, and enforces all health and safety protocols for the Housekeeping department.

The trainee will learn all aspects of food and beverage operations and management, with the opportunity to advance to a full-time supervisory role upon completion.

The Security Officer provides professional service, patrols properties, manages trespassers, monitors surveillance, responds to emergencies, enforces safety policies, and ensures compliance with health and security standards.
