The assistant Storekeeper is responsible for assisting in managing the team working in the Hotel Stores, including maintaining inventory stock levels and quality control.

Ensure public rooms are kept to Holland America Line cleanliness and maintenance standards. Supervises team members assigned to public areas and Night Steward teams where applicable.

The incumbent oversees the cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation of staterooms and housekeeping areas, ensures compliance with HAL and public health standards, manages baggage operations, and promptly addresses maintenance issues.

The Administrative Assistant provides clerical support to the Finance Department, handling daily and end-of-voyage reports, credit card and gift order processing, guest statements, and assisting with inventory counts and guest satisfaction reporting.

HRC is responsible for administrative tasks in HR Office and assist the HRSM in day to day HR office tasks. HRC is responsible for Team Welfare implementation under the guidance and oversight of HRSM.
