The incumbent leads the beverage department by managing staff, driving revenue, controlling costs, and ensuring strict adherence to service standards, inventory procedures, and health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all bar operations.

Assists in managing the entire hotel technical department of the cruise ship as directed by the Staff Engineer. Is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and repair of all machineries, equipment and systems outside of the main engine room.

The incumbent assists the F&B Director in managing daily operations, staff training, and inventory, while ensuring adherence to quality, service standards, and strict public health and sanitation regulations across all onboard dining venues.

The incumbent assists the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily operations, staff performance, and regulatory compliance to ensure high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and environmental safety across all housekeeping facilities.
