To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Director of the National Gallery of Jamaica

The incumbent manages the cataloguing, preservation, security, movement, and documentation of art collections and loans while providing information resources for staff and the public.

The incumbent monitors banking activities, prevents fraud, manages general ledger entries, prepares monthly bank reconciliations, and supports internal and external audits.
