To develop and manage programmes, activities and events so as to facilitate the achievement of the Institute of Jamaica’s corporate goals and to manage the image of the organization so as to ensure that it appeals to its various target publics.

The audiovisual officer designs, maintains, and troubleshoots AV systems, provides technical support for live events and video conferencing, and handles video production, editing, and media digitization.

To coordinate secretarial services to the Director and the Division related to correspondence, letters, memoranda, minute-taking and making appointments.
