The incumbent is accountable to the Director of Investigation for the achievement of the Entity’s Declarations & Financial Investigations objectives in order that the Integrity Commission achieves its Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner.

The incumbent independently conducts and supervises financial investigations into corruption by analyzing financial records, gathering evidence, identifying illicit income, and preparing formal, evidence-based reports for the Manager.

The incumbent plans and executes contract and procurement investigations by gathering and analyzing evidence, identifying irregularities, and producing formal, evidence-based reports with findings and recommendations for the Manager.

The incumbent develops and integrates software solutions based on requirements and business needs, ensuring the applications effectively support the Integrity Commission’s mission, vision, and legislative mandate.

The Public Procurement Officer, is responsible for conducting research, checking, verifying and maintaining records of all goods and services procured and delivered to the Divisions/Units.

The Paralegal is accountable to the Senior Prosecutor for the effective and efficient execution of legal functions assigned in order that the Integrity Commission achieves its Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner.
