The Manager leads anti-corruption strategy development, advises on legislative reforms, builds stakeholder partnerships, and implements prevention programs to strengthen Jamaica's integrity framework.

The incumbent leads strategic planning for the Division, develops performance plans, manages statutory declarations and complaints intake, implements case management systems, and ensures efficient processes while maintaining compliance standards.

The Executive Director is accountable to the Board of Commissioners for the achievement of the Entity's Customer Service, Financial and Efficiency Objectives in order that Integrity Commission achieves its Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner

This role leads procurement/corruption investigations, manages unit performance, analyzes breaches, implements efficiency measures, collaborates with stakeholders, and delivers formal reports to uphold government integrity standards.

The incumbent is accountable to the Director of Investigation for the achievement of the Entity's Declarations & Financial Investigations objectives in order that the Integrity Commission achieves its Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner.
