The incumbent oversees strategic planning, staff development, and performance management while coordinating investigations into corruption, licensing, and asset divestment to ensure compliance, integrity, and effective stakeholder engagement.

The incumbent investigates breaches of laws and ethical standards, gathers evidence, and supports prosecutions under the Integrity Commission Act, Corruption Prevention Act, Protected Disclosure Act, and related regulations.

The incumbent manages procurement and corruption investigations, develops strategies, documents evidence, oversees staff performance, ensures alignment with strategic plans, and collaborates with stakeholders to enhance investigative effectiveness.

The Prosecutor is accountable to the Senior Prosecutor for the effective and efficient prosecution of cases assigned in order that the Integrity Commission achieves its Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner.

The incumbent serves legal documents issued by the Integrity Commission, maintains accurate delivery records and activity logs, ensures vehicle upkeep, and supports divisional planning, reporting, and performance management.

The incumbent provides legal support and advice to the Directors of Investigation and Information & Complaints, ensuring lawful, effective execution of their functions and compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
