The Administrative Assistant is accountable for providing effective and efficient administrative support to the Division assigned in order that the Integrity Commission achieves its Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner.

The incumbent is accountable to the Manager, Forensics & Audit Unit for the effective and efficient achievement of the Forensic and Auditing Strategic Objectives in order that the Commission achieves its Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner.

The incumbent facilitates professional coordination between the Integrity Commission, legal offices, and law enforcement to manage criminal cases, communicate legal obligations to witnesses, and address stakeholder welfare and reporting requirements.

The incumbent is accountable to the Director of Investigation for the effective and efficient achievement of the Contract Auditing Strategic Objectives in order that the Integrity Commission achieves its Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner.

The incumbent reviews GOJ Public Bodies' procedures to reduce corruption risks, develops practical remedial recommendations, collaborates on strategic work plans, drafts timely status reports, and provides guidance to promote an anti-bribery culture.
