The incumbent coordinates board and committee meetings, prepares agendas, records minutes and action items, manages executive schedules and correspondence for commissioners, and maintains confidential electronic records and official contact lists.

The incumbent receives, logs, and assesses protected disclosures and complaints, conducts investigations and gathers evidence while maintaining chain of custody, maintains strict confidentiality and electronic records.

The Data Protection Officer is responsible for monitoring in an independent manner the Integrity Commission’s compliance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act.

The incumbent assists in strategic HR planning, executes recruitment and onboarding processes, manages employee compensation, benefits, and performance appraisals, and supports talent development and organizational culture alignment initiatives.

The incumbent is accountable for the effective and efficient planning and implementation of the performance Management & Development Programs in order that the Integrity Commission achieves its Mandate, Mission and Vision in a sustainable manner.
