Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Office Management & General Services, the Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support for the efficient day-to-day operations of the Section.

The Network Administrator (MIS/IT 5) is responsible for provisioning and maintaining a secure, reliable, and efficient computing and networking environment, to improve existing infrastructure, permitting users to perform their functions.

The incumbent provides executive support to the CAE, manages communication, prepares reports, coordinates meetings, tracks submissions, and ensures efficient office operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

The incumbent conducts risk-based audits of moderate complexity, prepares reports, ensures compliance with standards and regulations, and supports audit planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

The incumbent assesses ICT risks and controls, supports audits with technical expertise, and collaborates on major assessments while mentoring junior auditors within the MoAFM.
