The incumbent prepares technical specifications, cost estimates, contracts, and tender documentation for building, drain, and road projects, oversees contract execution and property maintenance, and certifies completed works for payment.

The incumbent manages garden operations and maintenance, oversees plant species care and nursery production, monitors budgets and facilities, coordinates guided tours and outreach, and enforces operational and safety standards.

Under the supervision of the Senior Gardener, the Gardener Assistant is responsible for the general maintenance of the gardens and facility.

The Artisan Helper (LMO/TS2) is responsible for providing artisan duties for the overall maintenance of the Ministry’s vehicles and transportation activities. The incumbent is also responsible for the maintenance of the grounds.
