The incumbent conducts comprehensive research, surveys, and data analysis to evaluate project impacts and policy effectiveness, providing evidence-based reports and recommendations to support the Ministry's strategic planning and decision-making.

The Senior Performance Monitoring and Evaluation Analyst integrates strategic planning, budgeting, and performance systems to ensure policy alignment, project impact, and fiscal accountability in accordance with national and ministerial goals.

Under the supervision of the Senior Gardener, the Gardener Assistant is responsible for the general maintenance of the gardens and facility.

The incumbent collects agricultural and fisheries data through surveys, field visits, and crop-yield experiments, tracks market prices and farm performance, assists with data training, and prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
