Under the direction of the Senior Director, Strategic Planning, Performance & Risk Management (GMG/SEG 5), the Administrative Assistant (GMG/AM 3), provides administrative and technical support to the Branch.

The incumbent participates in strategic planning, monitors programme performance, supports risk management, and develops frameworks for data collection and reporting to ensure alignment with government objectives.

The Senior Director leads policy development, analysis, and evaluation for the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries, coordinates across agencies, addresses emerging issues, and provides expert technical advice to senior leadership.

The Principal Director leads strategic planning, performance monitoring, and risk management for the Mining Portfolio, coordinates with government agencies, and ensures alignment of policies and budgets to achieve national objectives.
