The Director oversees staff development by designing training programs, managing budgets and facilities, coordinating with educational institutions, and leading human resource functions within the unit.

The Data Protection Officer advises the Ministry on privacy regulations, oversees data protection compliance and security audits, leads breach investigations, and serves as the primary contact for data subjects and the Information Commissioner.

Under the general supervision of the Caretaker/Chief Office Attendant, the Part Time Cleaner is responsible for providing support services by cleaning the offices, bathrooms and maintaining the sanitation of the premises and its environs.
