The Driver is responsible to carry out general transportation assignments, delivers and collects mails and prepares reports and maintenance records as it relates to the operation of the vehicle and ensures that it is road worthy.

Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Payroll (FMG/PA 2), the Payroll Technician (FMG/AT 1) is responsible for the control and payment of fortnightly payrolls.

Under the supervision of the Manager, Administration and Support Services (GMG/SEG 1), the Handyman/Gardener (LMO/TS 1) conducts landscaping activities as required, ensures maintenance of the grounds and lawns of the Ministry's compound.

Under the direct supervision of the Administrative Services Officer, the Secretary 2 (OPS/SS 2) is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative services to ensure the effective and efficient operations of the Administration Unit.

The incumbent manages plant nursery production and collections, oversees garden maintenance and landscaping operations, handles equipment upkeep, and supports visitor services and horticultural projects.

The Director oversees agricultural land policies and divestment programs, guides rural planning, investigates land issues, and builds stakeholder partnerships to promote sustainable land use.

The incumbent inspects and certifies agricultural commodities, monitors packing facilities and transport, enforces import-export regulations, and conducts pest surveillance to protect agricultural health.

The incumbent conducts offsite fumigations under USDA standards, manages facility operations, and ensures pest-free agricultural imports and exports.

The Principal Director leads agricultural economic planning and policy development, manages branch operations and staff, provides strategic technical advice, and represents the ministry in national and international negotiations.
