The incumbent oversees building and property maintenance, prepares estimates and contracts, monitors works for compliance, manages tender processes, and ensures facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.

The Cartographer develops maps, charts, and graphs using survey data, photos, and records; supports land use studies through research, data analysis, and preparation of cartographic materials.
