The incumbent provides comprehensive administrative support by managing calendars, meetings, correspondence, filing systems, travel, and office logistics, while preparing reports, conducting research, and ensuring efficient branch operations.

The Web & Digital Content Officer (MCG/IE 3) is responsible for the content creation and community management across all MoAFM’s social channels to create well-informed and engaged social communities.

The Public Relations Officer (MCG/IE 4) is responsible for supporting the delivery of logistics for designated events in the MoAFM ensuring all events run smoothly and to budget whilst meeting the expectations of key stakeholders and sponsors.

The Corporate Communications Officer (MCG/IE 4) is responsible for supporting communications, engagement, and media management across the MoAFM and its subjects.

The Manager, Corporate Communications (MCG/IE 5), is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Mining’s reputation by developing internal and external communications plans, strategies and programmes.

The Public Education Officer (MCG/IE 4) is responsible for aiding the development, implementation and evaluation of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries & Mining’s Public Education plans, programmes and strategies.

The incumbent manages public relations and education programmes to promote MoAFM’s functions, ensuring coordinated communication strategies in collaboration with the Director and other divisional managers.

The Payment Officer ensures payments are accurately disbursed in accordance within the guidelines of the Division and the Ministry from the Recurrent Imprest, Appropriation In Aid and Deposit Accounts and that Salary Payments are properly monitored.
