The Payment Officer ensures payments are accurately disbursed in accordance within the guidelines of the Division and the Ministry from the Recurrent Imprest, Appropriation In Aid and Deposit Accounts and that Salary Payments are properly monitored.

Monitors and evaluates performance across the Ministry and its agencies, advises on improving results, and recommends strategic solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Leads the development and alignment of strategic, corporate, and operational plans, while supporting performance management and improvement initiatives across the Ministry and its agencies.

Leads strategic planning, performance monitoring, and risk management across the Ministry, ensuring integration of plans, evaluating performance, guiding resource use, and collaborating with key national stakeholders.

Supports the Chief Technical Director in managing strategic planning, policy, and project activities through research, reporting, coordination, technical support, stakeholder engagement, and representation at high-level meetings.
