The Manager coordinates corporate planning, financial and budget management, procurement of goods and services, human resources administration, and office operations to support the Bureau of Gender Affairs.

The Policy Analyst is responsible for conducting critical analysis of policy documents and contributes to the development and formulation of policies that will enhance the status of women and men economically, socially and politically.
