The incumbent manages the Director's schedule, correspondence, and meeting coordination, while assisting with budget tracking, document archiving, and report preparation to support the Division's operations.

The incumbent supports the Ministry's communications by organizing media coverage and press events, drafting speeches and releases, managing social media platforms, and monitoring public reports.

The Chief Internal Auditor directs comprehensive audit plans, evaluates risk management and internal controls, leads investigations, and reports findings to the Audit Committee to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
