The Head of Tobacco Education and Prevention Programmes is responsible for developing guidelines, designing and implementing public education campaigns, creating resources, and reporting on activities to reduce tobacco use.

The Technical Director coordinates the Epidemiology Division, develops policies for national disease surveillance, and provides technical advice on disease trends to support prevention and outbreak response.
