The Director, Office Management and General Services (GMG/SEG 2), plans, directs and manages staff engaged in office management support activities by analyzing, improving, and implementing administrative systems.

The incumbent designs and oversees business development programmes, provides technical and financial assistance to MSMEs, conducts policy research, and coordinates financing initiatives to improve access to capital and support business growth.

The incumbent provides high-level administrative and technical support to the Permanent Secretary by preparing reports, speeches, and Cabinet submissions, while coordinating information flow between the Ministry and external agencies.
