The incumbent manages regulatory compliance, develops plans, inspects societies, reviews financials, provides training, mediates disputes, supports reporting, and liaises with stakeholders to ensure effective operations and legal adherence.

Under the direction of the Office Manager, the Records Officer 2 issues chemicals, equipment and stationery, and conducts stocktaking of furniture and equipment.

The Director, Human Resource Management provides strategic guidance on HRM policies and procedures, advises staff on HR matters, and oversees HR and records management in alignment with government regulations.
