The incumbent conducts compliance audits and inspections, calculates employer liabilities, enforces NIS collections through legal action and payment plans, represents the MLSS in court, and provides public education and technical advice.

The incumbent supervises NIS benefit processes, enforces employer compliance through legal action and payment plans, provides technical advice, manages inspectors, and oversees staff training and performance evaluations within the local office.
