To execute the statutory requirements as set out in the Registration of Titles Act and the Registration of (Strata Titles) Act and the Regulations made hereunder.

To administer the provisions of the Registration of Titles Act, Registration of Strata Titles Act and the Regulations made there under and ensure that Memorandum transactions are processed within the targeted time.

The incumbent implements the ERM framework, maintains risk registers, and evaluates risk scenarios and KRIs to establish tolerance levels, develop mitigation plans, foster a risk-aware culture, and report to executive management.

Under the general direction of the Chief Executive Officer, the Manager of Enterprise Risk Management is responsible for establishing and managing the Agency’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
