The incumbent operates heavy equipment and trucks to transport personnel safely, conducts routine vehicle checks, maintains service records, ensures proper vehicle documentation, and submits fuel receipts and travel claims.

The CEO directs the strategic, operational, and financial management of the NWA, overseeing the design, procurement, and structural engineering of Jamaica's road network while providing policy advice to the Cabinet and international agencies.
