The incumbent leads project planning and execution, monitors capital projects, conducts technical and financial analyses, ensures compliance, resolves delays, advises stakeholders, and prepares regular project reports.

The incumbent ensures data protection compliance, develops policies, advises on data matters, and safeguards the South East Regional Health Authority’s data assets, reporting directly to the Regional Director.
