The incumbent formulates and evaluates land management policies, conducts legal research, drafts legislative documents, liaises with key stakeholders including the NLA, and prepares Cabinet submissions to guide policy alignment and strategic outcomes

The incumbent supports Ministry communication strategies, drafts targeted messaging, creates newsletters and promotional materials, coordinates public events, and analyzes communication metrics to enhance stakeholder engagement and brand consistency.
