To assist in the monitoring and evaluation of the Ministry’s policies, programmes and projects to ascertain the achievement of established objectives and performance standards.

The incumbent provides strategic HR leadership and policy guidance, manages employee relations and development, oversees workforce planning and compliance, and represents the Ministry to foster a positive and effective organizational culture.

The incumbent manages strategic planning, policy development, and stakeholder coordination for housing initiatives, oversees research and legislation, represents the Ministry at forums, and provides leadership and performance management for the team.

To direct and oversee the effective implementation of programmes and processes to support the Ministry’s Land Administration and Management Plan, ensuring compliance with established policies, regulation and legislation.

The Senior Director provides leadership for integrated strategic planning, performance management, risk management, and compliance across the Ministry and its agencies to ensure alignment with national policy and statutory requirements.
