The incumbent supports the Senior Accountant by managing accounts receivable, which includes preparing invoices, liaising with institutions to collect outstanding funds, and accurately recording all financial transactions.

The Records Management Officer is responsible for assisting in the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the Records Unit in accordance with established standards and procedures.

The incumbent plans, coordinates, and executes the accreditation process for educational institutions, including developing standards, advising institutions, monitoring compliance, and reporting findings and decisions to the Council.
