The incumbent provides essential bedside care by assisting with patient hygiene, feeding, and admissions while managing specimen collection, bed making, and the sterilization of equipment to maintain a clean, professional clinical environment.

The incumbent leads the communications department by supervising telephone operators, managing high call volumes and shift rosters, and ensuring professional service standards and organizational-wide updates for all emergency and routine calls.
