Under the direct supervision of the Psychologist, the Counselling Psychologist is responsible for helping patients overcome emotional crises, stress, anxiety, behavioural disorders and mental health issues with the aim of improving overall well-being

The incumbent leads departmental operations and staff supervision, conducts complex psychological assessments and psychotherapy, oversees specialized therapy programs, and develops unit budgets and operational plans.

The incumbent conducts psychological assessments and psychometric evaluations, develops treatment plans and psychotherapy interventions, collaborates with healthcare providers, and monitors patient progress while maintaining confidentiality

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and servicing of all biomedical equipment and systems in the hospital through preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure operational efficiency.

The incumbent leads daily maintenance operations, schedules repair and installation tasks for building structures and furniture, enforces workplace safety protocols, and manages tool inventory and departmental budgets.

The Manager directs administrative functions, coordinates medical and non-medical supplies, oversees safety and quality assurance standards, and collaborates with clinical staff to ensure efficient emergency service delivery.

The incumbent performs general, emergency, bedside, and operative imaging procedures following international protocols and radiation safety standards, manages patient care and quality control, and maintains work area hygiene.

The incumbent directs support units including laundry, dietary, sanitation, portering, and facilities, oversees supply distribution and waste management, and maintains hospital hygiene, aesthetic standards, and operational efficiency.
