The incumbent designs occupational therapy programs, implements individualized interventions and coping strategies, assesses environmental needs, trains patients in adaptive equipment, and coordinates community reintegration and rehab plans.

The Speech Therapist is responsible for planning, organizing and conducting speech therapy programmes to develop speech and language skills to facilitate personal, social, and intellectual development of patients.

The incumbent identifies patient psychological issues, designs and conducts individual and group counseling interventions, manages treatment plans and records, collaborates with healthcare teams, and mentors psychology students and interns.

Under the Direct supervision of the Psychologist, the Clinical Psychologist (HPC/ALH 1) assesses and treats persons with mental health and behavioural problems.

Under the direct supervision of the Medical Officer (Health), the Psychologist (HPC/ALH 3) is responsible for leading, organizing and managing both the administrative and technical functions related to the psychosocial services offered by the Clinic.

The incumbent investigates and manages medical social cases, provides psychosocial counseling and support groups, assists patients with accessing resources and medical supplies, reports abuse, and coordinates care plans with healthcare teams.
