Human Resources Officer, Recruitment

CORE FUNCTIONS:

• Conduct recruitment activities inclusive of job postings, review of applications, interview scheduling, processing promotions, transfers, secondments, coordinating various programmes (Summer Employment, Career Fairs) and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on recruitment matters.
• Administer onboarding and off boarding process ensuring smooth progression and successful completion of activities.
• Analyse and report on human resources metrics including tracking, assessing and reporting on specific key performance indicators for management’s review and decision making to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment activities and for internal audits and risk assessment processes.
• Provide support for other related human resources matters including performance management, succession planning, talent management, employee and retiree relations, compensation and benefits, training and the development of policies and procedures.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or one of the behavioural sciences from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Three (3) years relevant experience.
• Sound knowledge of Bank Staff Regulations, and or relevant human resources policies and procedures.
• Sound knowledge of employment and labour legislation, National Insurance Board and pension guidelines.
• Sound interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Information-technology savvy, with sound knowledge of human resources information systems and Microsoft Office applications
