Job overview

The successful candidate will be required, at times, to teach PSHE (Personal, Social Health Education) and Theory of Knowledge. The candidate may also have the pastoral responsibility of Head of Year. Previous experience as Head of Year would be an asset.

The successful candidates should hold strong academic qualifications: a Bachelor’s degree in the teaching subject, formal teacher training certification (e.g. BEd, MEd, PGCE/QTS) as well as proven success and a minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching the subjects.

All prospective teachers should be able to integrate technology in the classroom and must either have, or meet the qualifications to obtain, a current Bermuda Teacher’s License.
