The Assistant Hotel Director supports the Hotel Director in the overall hotel operation, with emphasis placed on the Revenue Departments and the Front-of-House areas. He/she also deputizes the Hotel Director’s duties in their absence.
The Beverage Manager directs the activities of beverage service personnel, including Cellar Master, Asst Beverage Manager (except Prinsendam), Head Bartenders (Vista only), Bartenders, Beverage Attendants, GPA Bars and Wine Attendants.
Oversee all operational aspects of the staterooms, corridors, pantries and steward stations on the assigned decks, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance and presentation standards are maintained as per HAL standards
